Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email or letter) within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returns Process
- Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging where possible.

- Unless the goods are faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of you providing evidence they have been sent back (whichever is sooner).
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Exemptions
The right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including:
- Items made to your specification or clearly personalised
- Perishable goods
- Goods that have been used or installed
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
- If the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us as soon as possible.
- You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
- In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.
